Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a supervisor to oversee production activities and occasionally serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility. You will ensure high levels of guest and donor service, enforce policies, and support cross-training across Goodwill operations.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, with duties spanning retail and production areas. Experience with computer applications and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Sensitivity to guest needs and wishes.
• Ability to work effectively with people with disabilities or other special needs preferred.
• Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and a variety of computer software applications.
• Must have strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in order to communicate with staff and guests.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Production activities to ensure goals are met.
• At times serves as “Supervisor in Charge” of the entire facility.
• Ensures adherence to Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Cross-training required in all aspects of Goodwill.
• Cross-train and assist in all aspects of retail and/or production operations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
