Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Moun is seeking a Supervisor to support production, retail, and donation door operations. The role may serve as Supervisor in Charge of the facility and requires enforcing ESGW policies while maintaining high guest and donor service.

You will move between assignments as priorities change, cross-train staff, and assist in all aspects of retail, production, and Donation Door operations.

Qualifications

• Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of retail, production, and/or Donation Door operations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Develops a superior workforce through coaching conversations and feedback; escalate to management as needed.
• Motivate and engage the team; lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Goodwill Donation Door activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Provide high level of guest and donor service at all times.
• Cross-train across retail, production, and donation door operations.
• Move between assignments as priorities change and respond to donation flow.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
