Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking an Entry Supervisor in Charge to oversee guest service and daily operations in our facility. You will assist with supervision of retail and production activities to meet goals and ensure compliance with ESGW policies.

The role requires standing for extended periods, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and availability for evenings and weekends. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, PTO, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years prior experience preferred.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate superior guest service and handle transactions promptly.
• Assist with supervision of retail and production activities.
• Enforce cash handling procedures and correct errors.
• Maintain store standards and assist with reports and inventories.
• Ensure adherence to ESGW policies and best practices.
