Job summary

Socket.dev in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Production Print Analyst to act as a technical expert across the design, implementation, and support of production print solutions. You will assess business needs, recommend hardware and software, and integrate them into efficient workflows.

You will partner with sales and services teams, deliver demonstrations and workshops, install systems, provide end-user support, and help grow our professional services and software revenue.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in print/production environment or 3+ years in a print center.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record (no DUI in last 5 years).
• Preferred: technical sales experience; 2+ years in pre-sales, technical support, or IT consulting with enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs to identify production print solutions.
• Strategize with Account Executives to drive sales of production print software.
• Support Account Executives with technical presentations, demos, workshops and seminars.
• Install and integrate solutions into the customer’s network.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Build rapport with customers and teams; improve business workflows.
