Job summary

appliedinnovation is seeking a Production Print Analyst to act as the technical expert in the design, implementation, and support of production print solutions across the customer journey.

You will partner with internal teams and customers to assess business needs, recommend tailored hardware and software, and integrate them into efficient workflows. Strong knowledge of Fiery, G7, and workflow software is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, or 3 years in a print center or comparable production environment.
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record with no DUIs in past 5 years.
• Technical sales experience preferred; pre-sales/IT consulting with enterprise software experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs to identify production print solutions.
• Strategize with Account Executives to drive sales of production print software solutions (Fiery, G7, etc.).
• Support Account Executives with technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
• Install and integrate solutions into the customer's network and workflows.
• Provide ongoing technical support to end users and resolve questions about solutions and training.
