Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a production print environment or production print sales engineering role.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Fiery workflow software.
• Experience with Xerox production print systems or equivalent platforms from Canon, Konica Minolta, or Ricoh.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common online business applications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to assess client production print environments, workflows, and objectives.
• Provide technical consultation, solution design, and product recommendations for production print and finishing solutions.
• Qualify opportunities to ensure proper equipment, software, and applications meet customer needs.
• Support product demonstrations, workflow discussions, and technical presentations as needed.
• Lead and support production print system integrations and workflow automation initiatives.
• Provide post-installation training on production print equipment and Fiery or comparable workflow software.
• Deliver Tier 2 post-sale support for production print software and workflow issues.
• Assist service technicians with advanced software applications, file preparation, and layout troubleshooting.
• Maintain current certifications and technical proficiency on Fiery and other workflow platforms.
• Train clients on best practices for production print equipment operation and workflow efficiency.
• Manage professional services engagements with accurate time tracking and revenue accountability.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and leadership to support production print growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients, sales reps, and internal teams.
