Allied Business Solutions is seeking a Production Print Engineer to support production print clients and sales teams. The role blends deep technical expertise with customer-facing engagement to design, implement, train, and optimize production print solutions.

The position partners with sales, service, and clients to drive solution accuracy, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in production print and strong knowledge of Fiery and Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in a production print environment or production print sales engineering role.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Fiery workflow software.
• Experience with Xerox production print systems or equivalent platforms from Canon, Konica Minolta, or Ricoh.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to assess client production print environments, workflows, and business objectives.
• Provide technical consultation, solution design, and product recommendations for production print and finishing solutions.
• Lead and support production print system integrations and workflow automation initiatives.
• Provide post-installation training on production print equipment, finishing equipment, and Fiery or comparable workflow software.
• Deliver Tier 2 post-sale support for production print software and workflow-related issues.
• Assist service technicians with advanced software applications, file preparation, and layout troubleshooting.
• Maintain current certifications and technical proficiency on Fiery and other production print workflow platforms.
• Train clients on best practices for production print equipment operation, workflow efficiency, and output quality.
• Manage assigned professional services engagements, including accurate time tracking and revenue accountability.
