Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Production Solutions Consultant to become the expert on our full line of production print hardware and software solutions. You will assess customer workflows, design solutions, configure systems, and help create statements of work.

The role emphasizes driving revenue through pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and value-based proposals while collaborating with sales and the implementation team. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-4 years relevant production print solution consulting and/or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the market/territory.
• Attend training classes to remain current with the most recent technology.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to revenue goals and professional services objectives.
• Collaborates with sales teams to develop customer production print strategy.
• Responsible for pre-sales account assessment and software solution expansion.
• Demonstrates customer solution value through proofs of concepts.
• Analyzes customer requirements and develops solution proposals.
• Interacts with the Implementation Team to advise on resources.
• Maintain and manage sales activities in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets within territory.
