Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant production print solution consulting and/or sales experience.
• Strong working knowledge of production hardware, services and solutions offerings.
• Documented history of meeting and exceeding quotas.
• Willingness to travel within the market/territory.
• Attend training classes to remain current with the most recent technology.
• Pass certification tests to enhance career path.
• Working knowledge of professional services processes.
• Technical understanding of end‑to‑end production printing workflow and ability to communicate KM's value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to revenue goals for production print and professional services.
• Collaborate with sales to develop customer production print strategy.
• Perform pre‑sales opportunity assessment and software solution expansion.
• Demonstrate solution value through proofs of concepts.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop solution recommendations.
• Advise on resourcing to execute implementation plans.
• Maintain and manage sales activities in the CRM system.
