Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer orders on time.
• Use ERP systems to track work orders, inventory, and progress.
• Serve as the main contact for customers on order updates and timelines.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and operations to prioritize jobs.
• Monitor material availability and capacity to prevent delays.
• Process incoming orders and communicate scheduling changes.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and help find solutions.
• Maintain order documentation and provide status updates.
• Support continuous improvement of scheduling and customer service processes.
