Responsabilidades

• Coordinate production schedules to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Use ERP systems to manage work orders, track inventory, and record progress.
• Serve as the main contact for customers on order updates and timelines.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and operations to prioritize jobs.
• Monitor material availability, capacity, and scheduling requirements.
• Process incoming orders and communicate changes to production schedules.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, shortages, or delays and help resolve.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update order status and lead times.
