Responsibilities

• Partner with agents to manage transaction workflows from contract to closing.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate transaction files, disclosures, contracts, and related documentation.
• Track milestones, contingencies, appointments, and follow-up tasks using company systems.
• Support listing and buyer activities, including scheduling, marketing coordination, showing logistics, and client updates.
• Identify issues early and resolve with involved parties.
• Deliver a professional, responsive client experience representing Hatch Brokered by Real.

Responsibilities

• Partner with agents to manage transaction workflows from contract to closing, ensuring deadlines, documentation, and compliance requirements are met.
• Coordinate communication among clients, agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other transaction partners.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate transaction files, disclosures, contracts, and related documentation.
• Track key milestones, contingencies, appointments, and follow-up tasks using company systems and transaction management tools.
• Support listing and buyer activities, including scheduling, marketing coordination, showing logistics, and client updates.
• Identify potential issues or delays early and work proactively with the appropriate parties to resolve them.
• Deliver a professional, responsive client experience while representing Hatch Brokered by Real in all communications and interactions.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional client service
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, vendors, and community partners

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client and transaction information professionally
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work from and travel to the Hatch Brokered by Real office at 4023 State St, Bismarck, USA, and other local locations as required

Compensation

$50,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
