Job summary

Hatch Brokered by Real is seeking a friendly, organized Team Concierge to support our real estate team. Based at our Bismarck office, you’ll be the welcoming point of contact, keeping the team connected and operating smoothly.

You’ll help with onboarding, client care communications, and events, while ensuring exceptional service in a fast-paced real estate environment. We value proactive, service-oriented professionals with strong written and verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive servant leader willing to do whatever it takes.
• Protects leaders' time and resources; ensures efficiency.
• Exhibits ownership and teamwork; strong written and verbal communication.
• Creative problem solver who follows and improves processes.
• Experience with Google Apps for Business.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and own systems for internal communication, team calendar, and company social media presence.
• Assist in refining systems of other departments (customer service, lead generation, recruiting, tracking).
• Maintain the team’s operations manual and documented standards.
• Keep team leaders informed and help develop solutions to issues.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
• Familiarize with PLACE Technology.

Your Opportunity

Hatch Brokered by Real is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Team Concierge to support our real estate team and help create an exceptional experience for agents, clients, and partners. Based at our Bismarck office, this role serves as a welcoming point of contact and a trusted resource who helps keep the team connected, informed, and operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for internal communication, team calendar, company social media presence internally and externally, office management, client care communication systems and events, team retention and recognition, onboarding systems for new agents and staff, and referrals.
• Assist as needed in creating and refining the systems of other departments, including but not limited to customer service, lead generation, agent recruiting, and tracking.
• Maintains the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Brivity.
• Keep the team leaders informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
• Become familiar with PLACE Technology.

Compensation

$50,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
