Beckman's Real Estate Team in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Production Partner to work alongside a lead agent, deliver buyer showings, feedback, inspections, and listing-side support while developing your own business through open houses and targeted outreach.

This licensed, client-facing role emphasizes organization, responsiveness and a readiness to learn the work behind consistent production as you grow toward leading your own client base within the Flathead Valley.

Responsibilities

• Run buyer showings and deliver sharp showing feedback to your lead agent.
• Attend home inspections, appraisals, and final walkthroughs.
• Support the listing side: attend listing photos, place sign and lockbox, and handle listing-side appointments.
• Generate your own business: open houses, circle prospecting around listings, database follow-up, your sphere.
• Track everything in our PLACE-powered CRM; attend team trainings and coaching.

A Production Partner helps a lead agent serve buyers and sellers through showings, feedback, inspections, listing-side support and final walkthroughs, while generating your own business through open houses, follow-up and your sphere. We serve the Flathead Valley from Kalispell.

This is a licensed, client-facing role for someone who is organized, responsive and ready to learn the work behind consistent production.

Rewards

Proposed annual earnings: $125,000-$200,000, commission-based and dependent on production. Classification: 1099 independent contractor. Split structure discussed in person at interview.

Work alongside an established lead agent once the team confirms sufficient pipeline; no immediate earnings or assigned volume is guaranteed

Daily PLACE training, weekly coaching, in-house marketing and design support
