Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with agents to manage transaction workflows from contract to closing, ensuring deadlines, documentation, and compliance requirements are met.
• Coordinate communication among clients, agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other transaction partners.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate transaction files, disclosures, contracts, and related documentation.
• Track key milestones, contingencies, appointments, and follow-up tasks using company systems and transaction management tools.
• Support listing and buyer activities, including scheduling, marketing coordination, showing logistics, and client updates.
• Identify potential issues or delays early and work proactively with the appropriate parties to resolve them.
• Deliver a professional, responsive client experience while representing Hatch Brokered by Real in all communications and interactions.
