Job summary

Hatch Brokered by Real is seeking a motivated Production Partner to support the growth of our real estate business in Bismarck, USA. You will partner with agents to manage transaction workflows, coordinate communications among clients and partners, and ensure documentation compliance from contract to closing.

Ideal candidates are organized, client-focused, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate communication among clients, agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other transaction partners
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate transaction files, disclosures, contracts, and related documentation
• Track key milestones, contingencies, appointments, and follow-up tasks using company systems and transaction management tools
• Support listing and buyer activities, including scheduling, marketing coordination, showing logistics, and client updates
• Identify potential issues or delays early and work proactively with the appropriate parties to resolve them
• Deliver a professional, responsive client experience while representing Hatch Brokered by Real in all communications and interactions
