Job summary

Hatch Brokered by Real in Bismarck, ND is seeking a friendly Team Concierge to support our real estate team and create an exceptional experience for agents, clients, and partners. Based at our Bismarck office, this role serves as a welcoming point of contact and trusted resource who helps keep the team connected, informed, and operating smoothly.

Responsibilities include implementing and owning internal communication systems, calendars, and client care processes; assisting with cross-department

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills and pays strict attention to details.
• Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes.
• Protecting time and resources of leaders and team members.
• Exemplifies a team player who demonstrates extreme ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem solver who can follow existing processes and create new ones.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for internal communication, team calendar, company social media presence internally and externally, office management, client care communication systems and events, team retention and recognition, onboarding systems for new agents and staff, and referrals.
• Assist as needed in creating and refining the systems of other departments, including but not limited to customer service, lead generation, agent recruiting, and tracking.
• Maintains the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Brivity.
• Keep the team leaders informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
• Become familiar with PLACE Technology.

Based at our Bismarck office, this role serves as a welcoming point of contact and a trusted resource who helps keep the team connected, informed, and operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Compensation

$50,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
