Ideal applicants are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, 1+ year experience, basic computer knowledge, and can work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening and PAT (Physical Abilities Test).
• Ability to operate forklifts and drive industrial tractors.
• Team player with good communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high speed manufacturing equipment and perform general warehouse or material handling responsibilities.
• Load, unload, and store product/materials using a clamp truck or fork truck.
• Interact with manufacturing and/or packaging equipment to troubleshoot and perform basic adjustments and/or repairs.
• Communicate with peers, leaders, vendors and contractors effectively.
• Maintain accurate and complete production information including quality, operations performance and waste.
