Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of continuous work experience.

• Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Safety-focused mindset and hazard recognition.
• Ability to learn mill computer systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, Outlook, PIMS.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed, advanced manufacturing equipment safely and collaboratively.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on production lines.
• Document daily performance metrics in verbal and written formats.
• Identify machine faults andvariations in runtime stability and adjust as needed.
• Ensure quality tests are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain equipment reliability, planned downtime, and lubrication tasks.
• Participate in a self-directed work team and provide constructive feedback.
