Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Production Operator for the Beech Island, SC facility to operate high-speed manufacturing equipment in a busy plant environment. You will ensure production quality and data accuracy while supporting maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and good math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment assessments and drug/background checks.
• Pass PAT (Physical Abilities Test).
• Understand safety policies and wear PPE.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-speed manufacturing equipment and perform some general warehouse or material handling responsibilities.
• Interact with equipment to troubleshoot and perform basic adjustments or repairs.
• Communicate with peers, leaders, vendors and contractors effectively.
• Maintain accurate production information including quality, operations performance and waste.
