Candidates must meet basic education and experience requirements and pass drug and background screenings. Role involves operating forklifts and overhead cranes occasionally, maintaining equipment, and completing daily metrics.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and good math.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Pass pre-employment screens (drug test, background) and PAT.
• Willing to learn SAP, MS Office, PIMS, and other mill systems.
• Safety-minded with focus on hazard recognition.
• Ability to perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Run high-speed manufacturing equipment and train junior teammates.
• Maintain safety as top priority and correct unsafe acts and conditions.
• Operate heavy equipment like forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Identify faults and ensure quality tests are performed on time.
• Document daily performance metrics and reports.
• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as needed.
• Support total productive maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Pursue ongoing development and special assignments.
