You’ll load and unload using clamp trucks or forklifts, troubleshoot basic equipment, and maintain accurate production data while collaborating with teams. Starting wage is $21.00 per hour, with full benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED and/or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of continuous work experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and math skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Able to pass post-offer/pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
• Willing to learn to drive industrial tractors/forklifts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-speed manufacturing equipment and perform general warehouse or material handling responsibilities.
• Load, unload, and store product/materials using a clamp truck or fork truck.
• Interact with manufacturing/packaging equipment to troubleshoot and perform basic adjustments/repairs.
• Communicate effectively with peers, leaders, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain accurate production information including quality, operations performance and waste.
