Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Maumelle Facility is seeking a Production Operator Maintainer to help keep our fast-paced lines running safely and efficiently. You will perform minor maintenance, adjust equipment, and troubleshoot with support from Day Process Technicians while training new hires and ensuring quality.

This role requires 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing leadership, 1+ years overall, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on process/leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and math skills.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Pass a hands-on mechanical assessment and knowledge evaluation.
• Pass pre-employment screening and a pre-employment drug + background check.
• Pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
• Adhere to Quality Requirements including gowning and hygiene.
• Must wear PPE and lift 40 pounds twice an hour.
• Ascend/descend stairs, ladders, ramps; perform bending, twisting, crouching.

Responsibilities

• Adjust and repair equipment; perform minor maintenance.
• Understand operations; troubleshoot and escalate when needed.
• Facilitate shift hand-off meetings.
• Assist training with Machine Crew Leader; document line training.
• Participate in on-shift problem solving.
• Support Day Process Technicians with documentation and training on the line.
