Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Paris, TX is seeking a motivated Palletizer Operator for our manufacturing team. You will monitor and maintain palletizer equipment, respond to jams, and support changeovers to ensure smooth production. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of work experience. A forklift preference is noted and all pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Able to pass pre-employment assessments, drug and background screening, and PAT.

Responsibilities

• Monitor palletizer equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Respond to minor stops, jams, or misfeeds to keep palletizers running.
• Assist with equipment set-ups and changeovers per production schedules.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments (clearing jams, resetting equipment).
• Conduct routine checks of pallet patterns, stack quality, and product stability.
• Communicate equipment issues to leads, maintenance, or supervisors.
