Responsibilities include maintaining production efficiency, following safety standards, and performing routine inspections. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18 or older, and be available for a rotating shift schedule.

Competitive pay starts at up to $22.68 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• One year of continuous work experience or equivalent military training/education.
• Availability for a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Success in a pre-employment assessment, drug and background screening and Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
• Ability to work in environments that may experience extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the assigned production machinery and maintain production efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards and work instructions.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report defects or downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork.
