Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. seeks a supervisor to oversee production activities and ensure goals are met. The role may function as Supervisor in Charge of the entire facility, with cross-training across all Goodwill operations to maintain flexibility.

Candidates should be able to work evenings/weekends, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working with guests and people with disabilities. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Sensitive to guest needs and wishes.
• Ability to work effectively with people with disabilities or other special needs preferred.
• Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and a variety of computer software applications.
• Must have strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in order to communicate with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Production activities to ensure that goals are met.
• May serve as Supervisor in Charge of entire facility.
• Cross-training required in all aspects of Goodwill.
• Assist in all aspects of retail and/or production operations.
