Job summary

Insomniac Holdings, LLC is seeking a Production & Operations Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events with a strong focus on budgeting, logistics, site management, and cross-department collaboration. This hybrid/remote role requires on-site presence at times.

You will lead budget development, manage the global build schedule, coordinate vendor relations, and ensure safety and compliance across stages and sites while aligning with producers and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in event production, operations, or project management within entertainment/live events.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and budget reconciliation experience.
• Proficient in Asana, Smartsheet or similar PM tools.
• Familiar with CAD designs, site planning, and security protocols.
• Excellent communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Excel (advanced functions), Lennd, CMR, and production software.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Topline Budget using historical data from comparable events.
• Develop and update the Budget Master with producer approvals.
• Distribute budget breakouts and manage the Purchase Tracker.
• Conduct Budget Master maintenance with accurate sheet formulas and formatting.
• Track departmental budget deadlines and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with Finance and Producers for reporting and overage approvals.
