Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Site Production Project Manager to join our production team for festivals and concerts. The role is hybrid, involving office work and on-site coordination at various event locations.

You will manage a wide range of site production activities, from advance work and vendor orders to on-site build coordination, schedules, and budgets, while collaborating with the Site Production Manager and HR on staffing and payroll matters.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in event project management or related experience.
• Well‑rounded knowledge of production, site production elements, site build, and heavy equipment.
• Ability to supervise and manage groups of staff; strong written and verbal communication.
• Must be self-motivated with a sense of urgency for projects large and small; independent work capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, GSuite, Airtable, Asana, Adobe PDF editor, Dropbox.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Production Manager through execution of all festival site production aspects (advance work, vendor orders, on-site build coordination).
• Manage day-to-day project flow with Site Production Manager per show; maintain timelines and budgets.
• Create and manage site ops crew labor schedules and budgets; track daily tasks and projects through build/strike.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll for seasonal staff with HR; issue offer letters.
