Qualifications

• 5+ years in event production, operations, or project management in live events
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation experience
• Proficient with CAD designs, site planning and security protocols
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and vendor management
• Proficient in Excel and production software
• Willing to work nights and weekends as event timelines require

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events with focus on budgeting and logistics
• Maintain Topline Budget and Budget Master with producer approvals
• Lead on-site execution, dispatch, and safety briefings
• Coordinate department advances, travel, and production sheets
• Manage cross-department meetings and stakeholder communications
• Collaborate with Finance and Producers for reporting and approvals
