Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Production/Manufacturing, preferably food industry.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating cross-functional groups.
• HACCP and GMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans to meet on-time delivery.
• Determine headcount and labor utilization to meet goals.
• Schedule equipment and resources to support each plan.
• Track yield rates and ensure results meet goals.
• Manage budgets and monitor expenses vs. budget.
