Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, schedule and direct the production operations team to meet productivity, safety, quality and cost goals. You will oversee daily activities, ensure SOP adherence and drive lean initiatives within a manufacturing/warehouse setting.

The role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical docs and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse software.
• Capacity to lead teams and coordinate daily production activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor daily production activity to ensure productivity, quality and safety.
• Oversee material handling area performance for direct and indirect labor.
• Manage employee performance, coaching and conflict resolution.
• Implement lean practices (5S, Kaizen, Kanban) and SOPs.
• Ensure safety, compliance and training across the department.
