Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily refurbishment production, ensure quality standards, and meet delivery targets.

This hands-on leadership role develops and coaches teams while fostering safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will oversee personnel, manage workflow and labor resources, monitor key metrics, and support inventory accuracy and shipping readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, production, cold storage, or warehouse.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience planning production schedules, labor allocation, and workflow operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production operations to achieve targets and on-time delivery.
• Monitor schedules and communicate potential delays, bottlenecks, or disruptions.
• Ensure refurbished products meet quality standards and customer specs.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to support daily workflow.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to safety policies and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in operations.
