Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years warehouse experience including receiving, shipping, fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Prior leadership experience preferred, including coaching and development of employees.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capable of prioritizing and organizing the workspace to create an organized operation.

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables.
• Supervises all operations personnel to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Work alongside the operations manager and support teams to plan the daily activities.
• Ensure all employees understand their specific duties before the start of each shift.
• Review the production schedule and work orders to prioritize the workforce to maximize performance and meet the client's expectations.
• Ensure all operating lines are properly set up at the beginning of each shift, ensuring efficient use of labor and time.
• Supervise all employees on shift to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and accuracy while still maintaining safety protocols.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees on your shift to ensure they are following established safety and performance standards.
• Support and maintain all corporate quality standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions as outlined in company policies and procedures.
• Provide a safe working environment through adherence to OSHA regulations and all company health and safety policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned
