Job summary

• Strong communication skills to present information to managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficiency with PC and Windows-based software; familiarity with data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a group of production operators to meet goals for quality, schedule, yield and productivity.
• Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor and drive operators to maximize machine utilization and minimize downtime.
• Highlight issues such as high fallout to the supervisor and ensure timely escalation.
