Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate operators to meet quality, schedule, yield and productivity targets.
• Assist Manufacturing Supervisor in line management and drive machine utilization.
• Highlight high fallout to the supervisor for corrective action.
• Help achieve daily standards set by Manufacturing Supervisor.
• Identify and develop operators for right equipment and throughput.
• Guide operators in required skills and update hourly production status.
• Monitor CIQ system and ensure proper implementation on the line.
• Serve as a communication link between operators and management.
• Accommodate combination of education, experience, or training as needed.
