Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a Production Manager in the Springfield area to lead daily production, optimize processes, and drive safety, quality, and productivity. You will partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Maintenance to achieve operational excellence and growth.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean and Six Sigma experience, and a track record of delivering operational targets in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience leading production in manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Develop schedules, manage resources, and monitor KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across teams.
Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Maintenance.
