Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in Bowling Green, KY. The role leads day-to-day production activities and cross-functional collaboration to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Qualifications include a Bachelor in Business Administration or related field, 5+ years of supervision in manufacturing with Lean, and proficiency with MS Office. Greenbelt is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar field.
• Greenbelt Certification preferred.
• Minimum five years supervising a team of 20+ in a manufacturing environment with Lean.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production activities to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Drive operations to meet production quality and quantity targets.
• Establish strong working relationships and train team members; provide performance feedback.
• Manage timecards, vacation scheduling, and manpower planning; ensure policies are applied fairly.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement in production.
