Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field.
• At least five years supervising a manufacturing team of 20+ with Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with statistical evaluation software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for production areas and the team members.
• Drives operations to ensure production quality and quantity targets are achieved.
• Establishes strong, effective working relationships within the team.
• Ensures team members are trained, understand roles, and receive performance feedback.
• Communicates with team members with feedback and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Manages timecards, vacation scheduling, and manpower planning.
• Promotes Lean Manufacturing methodologies and standardized work.
• Drives continuous improvement and change initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with policies and safety/quality requirements.
• Coordinates with cross-functional departments to ensure on-time shipments and quality.
