Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance roles in heavy manufacturing.
• 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of machinery, equipment, and systems (e.g., CNC, conveyors, hydraulics).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team, provide guidance and performance management.
• Schedule maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Drive MOS maintenance program and PM compliance.
• Ensure safety compliance and environmental regulations.
