Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Maintenance Engineer to keep industrial equipment running smoothly and reliably. You will plan maintenance, reduce downtime, and lead a team to implement Lean initiatives across high-volume OE production lines.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and strong hands-on skills in mechanics, hydraulics, and controls, with Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred. Competitive benefits and multi-state coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance or related field required.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns and diagnose faults.
• Train maintenance technicians to respond to equipment challenges.
• Implement preventive, predictive and autonomous maintenance programs.
• Create maintenance procedures and manage replacement parts inventory.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and plant layout/design activities.
• Collaborate with HSE, Quality, Engineering, Materials, and HR to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with TS16949 and ISO14001.
