Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to help ensure our beverages meet the highest quality and safety standards.

You will maintain a clean, safe work environment, perform accurate changeovers, and complete essential documentation to support smooth packaging line operations. You will follow all safety, health and GMP policies, read and follow instructions, check product codes, work well with a team, and stay flexible for overtime and temperature variations in a fast-paced, high-output

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team oriented with ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated, dependable and with a strong work ethic.
• Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Forklift driving skills and ability to pass forklift license test.
• Physical ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak production.
• Adaptability to 60–90°F temperatures.

• Operating safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to meet safety and housekeeping standards.
• Checking product and case codes for accuracy and legibility.
• Performing package changeovers accurately and efficiently.
• Completing and filing all required quality and packaging documentation in a timely and orderly manner.

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing accurate product changeovers, and completing essential documentation--all while supporting the smooth operation of our packaging lines.
