Wis-Pak, Inc. in Mankato, MN is seeking a Production Operator to support packaging lines with a focus on quality and safety. You will maintain clean work areas, perform accurate changeovers, and complete essential documentation in a fast-paced beverage environment.

• Complete and file quality/packaging documentation promptly.

About The Role

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing accurate product changeovers, and completing essential documentation--all while supporting the smooth operation of our packaging lines.

What You'll Do

• Following all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Understanding and properly operating safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to meet safety and housekeeping standards.
• Checking product and case codes frequently for accuracy and legibility.
• Performing package changeovers accurately and efficiently.
• Completing and filing all required quality and packaging documentation in a timely and orderly manner.
