Amrize is seeking a Production Manager to oversee receiving, storage, processing, and shipping of products, leading the production department to meet KPIs and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with site management on budgeting and strategy.

You will manage expenditures, production status reporting, and safety procedures for waste-derived fuel, while driving continuous improvement and staff development in a fast-paced facility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Field of Study preferred: Sciences, Business or related.
• 3–5 years of operational experience in a technical work environment related to waste management, chemical industry or regulatory environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the facility budget with KPI-based accountability.
• Oversee daily facility expenditures and coordinate production status and inventory forecast.
• Coordinate with Geocycle sales for material acceptability, scheduling, and customer service.
• Ensure proper analysis of received materials and safety procedures for waste-derived fuel.
• Provide leadership and direction for the production department to align with goals.
• Train and develop production staff.
• Prepare and submit company and regulatory reports.
• Plan major maintenance projects and capital investments.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policy compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
