Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Manager to oversee receiving, storage, processing and shipping, ensuring operations align with site goals. You will participate in the site management team and help shape budgeting, goals and strategy to drive performance.

Strong leadership and technical experience are required to guide the production department, train staff, and ensure safety compliance across facilities. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities at Amrize North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 3–5 years of operational experience in a technical environment related to waste management, chemical industry or regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, storage, processing and shipping of products and deliver services consistent with site operating goals.
• Participates as a member of the site management team and makes recommendations for budgeting, goals and strategy.
• Plan major maintenance projects and develop capital investment recommendations for the department.
• Demonstrate a commitment to health, safety and environmental policies and promote a culture of safety.
