You will lead hiring, training, and performance management across teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include implementing maintenance and QMS programs, fostering a culture of 5S and continuous improvement, and aligning capital plans with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant operations for Safety, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Total cost per unit, and Continuous Improvement.
• Coordinate plant activities via KPI targets with managers to meet time and budget.
• Develop and execute a capital planning strategy and project ROI.
• Establish a culture of root-cause analysis and irreversible corrective actions.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to direct reports.
• Drive shop-floor process excellence and OEE improvements.
