Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to join our Marblehead Agg OH operation. You will report to the Plant Manager, prepare operation schedules, coordinate manufacturing activities, and lead staff to meet production and quality targets.

You will drive cost and efficiency, manage inventory, collaborate with sales for customer retention, and promote safety and continuous improvement while ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote performance culture and drive results.
• Fill in for Plant Manager during absence.
• Drive and track financial performance via monthly forecasts.
• Develop goals and actions for KPI achievement.
• Balance inventory and sales to optimize working capital.
• Collaborate with sales to retain customers and drive growth.
• Ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
