Johnson Controls is seeking a Production Manager to oversee a designated production area, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and quality while maintaining safety and schedule adherence.

You will supervise production supervisors, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with departments to meet customer requirements. Experience with Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma is preferred, with a 2nd shift expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum six years as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) with potential weekend overtime.
• Lean manufacturing, 5S and Six Sigma experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Direct production supervisors and coordinate work across manufacturing processes.
• Ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time production schedules.
• Lead training and development of staff; evaluate progress.
• Monitor and address staffing, overtime, and attendance; ensure OSHA compliance.
