Job summary

MasterBrand, including the American Woodmark operation, seeks a Plant Leader to drive production initiatives and establish a world-class manufacturing operation. You will oversee plant operations, optimize resources, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet or exceed plant goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in wood manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, and proven leadership. You will champion TPM, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement across the finishing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production operations and staff.
• Strong background in wood manufacturing is preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma process improvement experience required or a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development for production and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives.
• Drive TPM and Six-Sigma projects to improve uptime and efficiency.
• Manage SQDC targets and cost reduction initiatives.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
