American Woodmark, now part of MasterBrand, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Hamlet, NC to oversee daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while guiding a team of production staff.

You will coordinate workflows, monitor performance metrics, and drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Strong communication and leadership are essential in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production employees and activities.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coach, train, and take corrective action when needed.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate goals and performance.
• Investigate issues and resolve production defects.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, HR, and others.
• Monitor labor use, attendance, overtime, and staffing needs.
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production records and timecards daily.
