Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervision experience; multiple department oversight.
• Experience in material flows and inventory management; continuous improvement; process analysis.
• Six Sigma training is a plus.
• Excellent PC skills; MS Outlook/Word/Excel preferred.
• Track record of successful project management.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Management style aligned with CITE Principles.
• Strong planning/organization and time management skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to providers on meeting/exceeding expectations defined.
• Ensure maintenance of all production equipment.
• Plan and coordinate department activities to support SQDC targets and client/customer expectations.
• Participate on assigned teams and projects.
• Ensure tasks follow Job Instruction Breakdowns, Quality Specifications, and SOPs.
• Participate in hiring needs assessment; employee selection and training.
• Communicate departmental expectations; motivate team members; identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide team leadership aligned with company vision and CITE principles.
• Enforce policies; provide guidance and discipline as needed.
• Utilize resources to maximize SQDC performance.
• Set individual goals aligned with organizational goals; perform periodic reviews.
• Support and represent a union-free environment.
• Provide a safe, productive work environment; housekeeping.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives; role model CITE and teamwork.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Supervise hourly employees; hire, train, evaluate, reward/discipline; manage workload.
